ALEX GORDON - SMALL CRAFT WARNINGS

Alex Gordon "Small Craft Warnings" Album Review
Very pleasing.
Loosely defined as electronic, but just a very pleasant offering that would appeal to anyone looking for nice emotional background input.<br>Bargain at the prices listed here.
SNOG - BEYOND THE VALLEY OF THE PROLES

SNOG "Beyond the Valley of the Proles" Album Review
Great stuff!
Snog has re-immerged for 2003 with another cynical attack on the corporate world of big business. Their newest album, "Beyond the Valley of the Proles" features eleven mellow electronic ''spaghetti western'' tracks similar to a mix of Lee Hazelwood and Leonard Cohen. Rich musical textures, clean acoustic guitars, and David Thrussel's deep bass vocals create a soothing atmosphere to calm the most restless spirit. Snog's "Beyond the Valley of the Proles" carefully merges electronic music with acoustic lounge pop to generate a hybrid unlike no other. It will confound, captivate, and mystify the most intent listener.Play this album at home!:)
BENT - THE EVERLASTING BLINK

Bent "The Everlasting Blink" Album Review
Hoping for more: more of the same...
After having loved their debut "Programmed to Love", I was somewhat dissapointed at Bent's "Everlasting Blink". While not a bad album, I found it to be more of the same. Still, had it not been for the self-indulgent 22-minute long closing track, which consisted of one LOOOOOONG and unnecessary 9-minute-some long chunk of nothing more than silence, this could have been a four-star album. I just simply lost interest in it a halfway through it.
Video Bent - Magic Love
Magic Love is a beautiful song by the electronica chillout duo Bent. The album is called: The Everlasting Blink. http://www.bent-world.com/site2/home/ Sorry for the poor quality. It's the only version i found. Weird, but funny video for an excellent track.
